The physical performance can meet the following requirements:

1: The shell has not distorted.

2: The pole plate is not curving, the skeleton is perfect, the pole plate has not perforation phenomenon.

3: Has no acid and liquid leak .

4: Anode and Cathode have no circuit-short and circuit-open.

5: The dense seal is complete, and does not have the dehydration phenomenon.

The electrochemica performance can meet the following requirements:

1: Initial storage battery's capacity is not lower 30% than its normal capacity

2: Series battery pack voltage balance error is lower than 8%

3: After discharge, single battery’s voltage is no more 9.6V.

The mechanical performance can meet the follwing requirements

1: For 36V/10Ah battery,  electric car with 220W electrical machinery , it can be driven more than 15km

2: For 48V/10Ah battery, electric car with 250W electrical machinery , it can be driven more than 20km
